Graston Technique - Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy

Picture
Graston Technique is a type of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that allows clinicians to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes stainless steel instruments to detect and effectively treat areas with soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.

Many patients have found that instrumented-assisted soft tissue therapy:
  • Decreases overall time of treatment
  • Allows faster rehabilitation/recovery
  • Reduces the need for anti-inflammatory medication
  • Resolves chronic conditions thought to be permanent
